Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Trukvora! We are committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping services using our U.S. overseas warehouse, ensuring your auto parts arrive safely and on time.
1. Shipping Locations & Eligibility
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. overseas warehouse to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs for our customers.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer three shipping options to meet your different needs. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is processed and shipped (not the order placement date).

3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations, the following auto parts may have additional shipping restrictions or require special handling:

Large or heavy parts (e.g., engines, transmissions) may require additional shipping fees (we will contact you if applicable).

Hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, fluids) are shipped in compliance with U.S. DOT regulations and may have longer processing times.
5. Delivery Issues & Tracking

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@trukvora.com with your order number and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package or item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assistance (see our Return Policy for details).

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order is shipped. If you do not see tracking updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
6. Holiday Shipping Notice
During U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day), order processing and shipping times may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
