We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In new, unused, uninstalled condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Not installed, modified, or damaged
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Installed, used, or modified auto parts are NOT returnable.

How to Return

Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and reason for return.

Return requests must be approved before shipping any items back.

Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs


  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item):

    We cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer’s choice (changed mind, wrong fit, ordered incorrectly):

    Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item with photos.

We will resolve it with replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items


The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Opened electrical components
  • Used, installed, or modified parts
  • Sale items, clearance items, gift cards

Exchanges


The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
